I have an excellent Super light steel frame (True Temper OX111 tubing) bike 22lb kitted out with same year Shimano LX groupset with very little use
19in frame. Im 5ft 9 and it fits perfectly. Ive raised the seatpost to show it

except cannondale flat bars, Specialized S Works 1.9 tyres, and Lizard Graphite Fiber ( by Vanguard) brake boosters, plus use seatpost and specialized seat.

The only downside is a scrape on frame as handlebar flicked round and caught top tube.
