Zaskar

Its a 12.5 inch, not a 14.5, the smallest they do and its not a Zaskar, as the end tube is not flat, but rounded, probably been re badge. I have one just the same, only much better nick, a Tempest. How much for the wheels and are the bearings/rims ok?
