Frame arrived. Don't think it's from 1996. Good thing these frames did not change much during the first years. Think it has had a respray and newer decals later. Decals are more like 2000, but frame doesn't have disk mounts...

looks like it has been pretty neglected.
Have you already found a welder or do you think there is another way to structurally save it?
Are you thinking about paint or powder coat?

Not found a welder yet. It has a crack in the chain stay and it needs new cable stops on the toptube...

Think I want it painted, but not sure yet.....

According to some information, Bart didn't use a Cane Creek headset in Atlanta, but a silver Rond headset!

Found a silver Rond aheadset.

Very hard to find a set of prototype Ritchey hubs....

But I did find some nice NOS Ritchey hubs from 1997!!! Thanks Rocco!!

Found some Gripshift ESP 900. Also got these white Mud Sharks.

Anybody a good tip on cleaning them?

I would try a toothbrush wit shampoo. I do use that method with race hoods and it works very well.
