My advice would be:
1. split it up, but you have said you don't want to do that
2. refit the Judy XC and put the bike on eBay - I would be fairly confident that it would raise more than £240, while the 1991/2 Project 2 would sell on here to somebody with a 91/2 Kona.
A 1996 size 18 frame, admittedly in better condition, sold last year for £203 on eBay. The XTR brakes, the tyres etc etc all have a decent value as individual entities.
Just my advice, if not welcome, I apologise.
If anybody wants to know whether it's a good frame, ask CCE's advice.
