I dont think this is a bad price, if its what your after. I do think in this economic climate you may have to wait for the right person whereas a year ago I think it would have gone pretty quickly.
Try and buy one of these frames and build it up with this kit for under a grand.
I am biased toward my specialized but I dont think its unreasonable.

It's a great bike and kit. I love my '95 Team FSR, but I really don't think it's reasonable to expect that anyone is going to drop $1K for it, especially when that's the opening bid.

I have no argument with the quality of the bike or what it's worth to you...I was just being realistic.
