I was going to go with XTR V brake but end decission was :

Magura HS33 black witrh Grey levers
M739 shifter and front and Rear Mech
And a 2002 (?) Rockshox Reba fork
modern Syncros stem
modern Race face handlebars

looks good just need to cable it up and add chain

Sure build will change over time

I do like that frame its good to see your not too worried about building 100% retro, it probably rides better with those forks than it would without an old judy or pace anyway

Yep not 100% Retro but as most of my builds are Retro and this one is a rider so needed some descent suspension and saddle ;-)
Stem and handlebars added as I had them hanging around.
Rides pretty sweet

I have a set of Judy and Pbones which I can switch if I need that retro feeling
