Put tool in spanner, tighten.

Anyways,
If you go black canti's then SLX if you go silver then XT, but for XT price (even SLX now) you could go for something more interesting.
Chainline is set at 50 (traditional for skinney tubes is 47.5) but since it's single speed it doesn't really matter. You just alter the rear chainline with spacers (asssuming your using a freehub).
