1995 Norco Team Issue (Chromag cruiser build)

I've got a 1995 Norco TNT frame that keeps getting bumped down the build depth chart. I really want to put it together though some day, its a sweet frame!

Like most wild goose chases that I pursue I discovered a potential crack at the downtube and seat tube junction at the BB. Not so willing to finish the build now. At my age the risk factor of getting injuried with a damaged bike is a major deterrent. So ending this build.
