1995 Kona: Swap headset + bottom bracket?

I've currently got a 1995 19" Kona Cinder Cone which is acting as a donor bike for a 1995 18" Kilaueu frame I've just picked up. The Kilaueu is without a headset and BB.
As far as I can tell, the Cinder Cone headset is the original Race Light Impact, and the BB - well I can't tell but it seems smooth.

Can I simply swap the HS and the BB onto the Kilaueu? The project 2 forks from the Cinder Cone will also be donated to the Kilaueu, so the fork crown race can stay put. Do they fit? are there any pitfalls?

Simple answer yes. Same dimensions, same set-up.

The BB needs to match the chainset - different chainsets need different length BB spindles. But apart from that the bits should swap over fine. Both use 68mm English thread BB shells.
