If the paint bubbling is putting people off then perhaps a pm to someone like Jon rock or Etoe as they both do blending in repairs to see roughly what the additional cost to repair might be?
I suspect the cost to bring it upto scratch is putting some off even though they have yet to find out what the cost maybe?
