SN SC047, earliest I’ve seen using the segmented rear design, pre-dates penny stays, would be frame #47 ever made by Jeremy.

853 steel. 4lb frame.

Has some rough paint spots, all major areas are photographed. Further minor spots could be present. One very small dent in top tube. Priced to sell as a project, rider condition or new paint to fully restore.
