If I was selling something, the person who expressed an interest first (regardless of whether or not they want to see pictures, which is a perfectly reasonable request), would be given first refusal. I'd post pictures and wait to see what they decided before offering it to people who have expressed an interest afterwards.

And im just saying, im desperate for one of these, have listed wanteds for months.
ive also posted clear intent to purchase with first post on two bikes in the last couple weeks and its been sold to someone else without any warning, so I figured it must be fair game.
I also think 'will wait for pics' isn't a statement of intent.
preference to first to arrive with cash/send payment would be my selling point, and always is.

Well, I guess the end decision is up to Rod_Saetan isn't it.
I was just saying what I would do, if it was my bike... A queue jumper is a queue jumper regardless of how much they want something or what has happened to them in the recent past..

Three people had expressed an interest in it before you posted:
I think it's only fair that they get the chance to at least see it - after all it's not their fault that there aren't any pictures up..
Anyway. Apologies to Rod_Saetan and to anyone else who might not see it from my point of view.
