Sounds like you have a 1993 Nail Trail?

That had Deore LX components, an Exage ES crankset and Araya TM-18 rims. Although the colour of the forks and bars is more red than purple.

Also, STX-SE groupset was only produced in 1994, the Exage groupsets stopped after 1993. Deore LX was the 4th "best" group in 1993, but the 3rd 'best in 1994, above STX-SE.
