Glad it turned out well Nick, looks good.

thanks for sharing the art work, your re-drawing really made the colours pop
no idea what an original T-Shirt would have looked like but since I never went in the 1st place I guess this is as good/close as its gets. Just a pity they can't print bigger graphics otherwise the Manitou poster would be next in line.

between you and the printers you've made a grumpy middle aged man happy.

No, I'm not sure either, I just assumed the scan was a bit faded and pumped the colours up a bit.

About the stem:

If you look closely on the pic you last posted, one can see the outlined "A" with a mirroring going through, makeing it blurry.

Thanks for that. As they tend to come with the filled in decals I've drawn a set of outlined, not happy with replacement ones I've seen, close but not close enough.

Re:

That T-shirt is awesome!
I want one :-D

Good progress so far on the parts collection.

Don't tell anyone, but I pulled my FS out from under the stairs the other night. ....

Not got any further forward as I've not been able to find some parts, rim, crank, rear hub, saddle so put in on the back burner and did other things instead. So if anyone has bits, see page 4, let me know.

Hi, how's things? That would be good thanks, you/I can add it here so the story's more complete. Need to try and get this sorted, got bored not getting anywhere on some parts but will try again now I've had a rest from it.

Re:

Not much to update but Syncrosfan pointed me to a Manitou chain device. Also have the front Geoclaw tyre on its way.

No closer on the blue AC cranks, SDG saddle, Ritchey WCS 32h rim or Blue Ringle Supereight rear hub. So if anyone has any of that let me know.

Converted the price to modern money the other day. The DH came with frame, fork, front hub, front mech and seat post. In '94 it cost £2500 (from the German price, only one I have) so that's around £4600 in today's money. Quite pricey.
