You are looking at my fantastic 1994 Kona Fire Mountain!
I purchased the bike from its original owner in 2011, and other than the usual maintenance and servicing parts, I have put new Kona grips on and swapped the old tyres for the excellent Schwalbe City Jet tyres.
The bike has been used as an occasional commuter and rides beautifully. All gears work and changes are spot on. New brake pads means she stops as she should and is a real gem to own but new retro project means I need room in the garage -hence sale.
The spec is as original
roject 2 Forks, Shimano STX mechs, Deore thumbies and Bontrager rims with Alivio hubs (that spins and spin better than my Specialized road bike!).
The bike is 20 years old so there is the usual odd scratch to the paintwork and decals are also original so scratched in various places but as you can see, overall its a beautiful looking bike that will give its new owner many miles of trouble free riding!
