Hopefully the fork you're buying is a 41cm P2 and nothing like the very unsuitable one in your picture. Compare the position of the brake posts with the correct-length P2 on the 95 Kilauea shown below.
As far as I'm aware, ti P2s were made only in 39cm a-c length, suitable for frames up to 1993. Unless you plan to use the frame as a road bike with a very long stem, 39cm is too short for a suspension-adjusted frame IMO.
Incidentally, the 1994 P2 was very similar in appearance to the 95, with the same orange flash, but it was more of a silver grey colour.
