1994 GT Zasker LE 18"

Hi there,

I bought this many years ago from new. Unfortunately it is gathering dust now and I'm making room for further bikes coming into the workshop - my boys!.

it's a 1996 Zaskar LE with Kinsis rigid forks and deore wheels with discs, XT crankset, XT front Mech, LX rear mech, deore hubs, 9 speed - new cassette, races face stem and riser bars, ogk grips, chain and cables group and virtually as Continental semi slick tyres, I have modified to disc brakes which might not suit some people but these can always be changed over and I think I still have te v-brake mount bosses somewhere. Looking for £450 for this beauty.

Serviced and ready to roll....

Its Older than 96, poss a 94.... Split it and I'm sure someone will buy the frame alone fairly quickly. Can't see it fetching 450 quid as it stands tbh

Ok cheers for the advice, I'm open on the price. Is there a location on the frame for dating it?. I might break it down if enough interest.

The serial number on the left rear dropout should tell you all about the age of the frame.
Unfortunately that seems to be hidden under the black disc brake adapter..

Where did you get that adapter and how did you fit it to the frame?

thats just an a2z disc adaptor drilled into the frame, you can get them off ebay

Hi yes correct it is an a to z adaptor brought from ebay shipped in from the states, 2 6mm drilled holes in the flange and job's a gooden!. The frame is actually a 1994 - how time flies and I remember buying it!.
