1994 Barracuda A2MS 12" framed complete bike - Sold

This is quite a rare find, almost 100% original and in an even more rare size, the smallest one they did with a 12" frame.

The catalogue spec on this is quite unusual, at least I think so with al sorts of bits from different groupsets.

I bought this from here as an incomplete bike, lovingly restored it with all the correct missing parts in great condition. My son has loved riding it but has already grown out of it. The condition as you will see from the photos is quite special. I have a set of RS Mag forks that I sourced with the intention of putting on that I can include for a negotiated extra too.

I would say he is about 5'4" now or maybe a bit more. My daughter who is 3 years younger and a good bit under 5' can ride it and so can he still too but I can see he won't fit it much longer.

I found some useful dimensions in an old catalogue scan if you want to size someone up.

seattube angle 73.5 degrees
headtube angle 70.5 degrees
toptube length 21.5 inches
chainstay length 16.38 inches
standover height 24.5 inches

Two quick questions ..... Is it 1 1/8"? What seatpost size does the frame take?

Yes it is 1 and 1/8" and seatpost size is 26.4mm I think, can check though.

Massive price reduction to £130 but only as I've been offered something for him at that price. Get it while you can!

Thanks for that Peter, he really loved it and I enjoyed getting it all ready for him. It's actually and fantastic bike and at a fantastic price in it's ready to ride state, even if I do say so myself.
