1993 Univega Uno in money paint

This one caught my eye even though it was covered in grime and spider webs. Was bargain basement price at $40 and is a complete bike which has all of the components for that year. Only the tires and possibly the saddle are not original to the the specs. The seat post is toast so I do have a look-alike cheapie coming to swap in and likely a better post. I was toying with upgrading to DX all around but that fizzled once I had some elbow grease on the bike and the originals are looking good. Not a Ritchey but still a solid foundation to bring back to use. The lower end components did clean up well but I do need to source a set of brake/shift levers as the ones on there were pieced together through the years the original owner had it. Black-oil, Green-money and Gold-well we all know that one. I am a bit colorblind so the colors do look that way to me. Tell me if I'm wrong.

The color was called "Jungle-Heat", but money paint sounds great too...
Unfortunately the bike pic shows the other, red color in the 93 Univega catalog.

Made a bit of headway on the build today. Wheels are cleaned up although the tires and tubes were shot. Dialed in the brakes, new look alike seatpost installed along with that fat arse saddle, new BB in place and crankset on. Waiting on a response for a set of shifters/levers selling on eBay and cockpit will be done. I didn't realize how small this bike was until I set the wheels, 14.5" frame, kinda Phoenix with a short TT. I won't be pedaling this around anyway, flip bike I hope I can make a hundred off of.
