1993 Steve Potts Cross Country Racer

Amazing job Gio - I've enjoyed following this one. That colour is just SO right :)

Re:

Fracking hell, that's retro bike viagra.

Shit, it's even the same colour (so I'm led to believe)

Lovely bike and superb subtle component choice. The builders build.

Re:

Great work as always Gio  Well worth all that time spent deliberating over the colour and tremendous work by Argos as always. I think it always makes the build a little more special/interesting when you can involve the original builder to some degree too :)

Great parts choice throughout and I look forward to the ride report.

Is it the resting position of the roller on the cam that you need a bit of info on? These should see you right as they came from Mr C himself :) Personally I've found that when they're set up properly, rollercams have fantastic modulation and stopping power.

Re:

Brilliant thank you mate. They will be very useful.

I was told by a very helpful member that if I move the rollers to the inside position it should sort the problem out. I would never had known that

I'll try and tweak them today/tomorrow and see if it sorts it out.

I sent Steve some of the photos and got this reply.

"WOW, what a beautiful job"

Chuffed with that
