If you have not ridden a slingshot you owe it to yourself to try it once
I raced for slingshot for 2 years, even ran it in RAAM (Race Across America for you brits) and had a basement full of sponsor frames. Sold them off to pay for the kids private school tuition (DUMB!). The ride is Super fun if a litte harrowing on the downhills and tight turns.
Have been thinking of re-equipping with one for kicks until my wife came down to the basement yesterday and gave me the "how many bikes do we need, it looks like a museum down here!"...better lay low for a bit.
Jez, the Trimble will be fun and very artistic, but the shot will kick it's ass on the trail, in both speed and smiles.
Does it flex when you realy lean into it when riding? I just cant see how the darn thing doesnt feel floppy especially when really grinding out the saddle?
