1993 Rocky Mountain Blizzard - Build Thread

Finished one build, starting another. Thanks to @Retro_Roy for using his, Walter White like chemistry skills and getting out the stripped bottom bracket with some caustic elixir.

Since I did an all silver theme with my Marin Monocoque build, I've decided to do a full black out with components on the Blizzard. Mix of Deore M610, Nitto, Microshift Thumb shifters, Kooka Cranks, Tange Struts fork, Turbo Bonnie edition saddle and some other stuff to sort. Off to the powdercoater it goes

I thought it was just a standard 1993 with some discolouration to the paint around the head tube

Yes, its standard / stock paint and decals but the white section has yellowed.

Found a Ritchey logo stamped on the BB shell. I know the dropouts are Ritchey but anyone know why the shell would be stamped? These weren't Tom Ritchey built, were they?

Ritchey made bb shells as well as tube sets. Many builders used them
