I was going to flag this - interest declared. Seller is a good friend and fellow Notts CTC member.
She has taken up some buying/selling during lockdowns, but mainly road bikes. I have not seen the bike.
I shall prompt her to add some measurements (I think a 57cm top tube).
I am sure she'll be helpful with any Qs.

All the risk is in the bb shell pivot point and potential corrosion to the swing arm. Other surface rust shouldn't be too much of a worry.
Nice bike but a strong price if more than surface damage.
