19" 1993 Kona Hei Hei frame. Designed for pre suspension corrected P2 fork length (39cm a-c). In very good condition, minimal chainsuck marks and no dings, dents or cracks. Currently with most of the decals removed as I started to give it a clean up, a fresh set of Gil_M's superb decals included to finish her off. Comes complete with BB cable guide, seat tube rear brake cable guide and seat post clamp. £400 + shipping.

Takes a 27.2mm dia seatpost, a 31.8mm dia bottom pull front mech and a 68mm wide BB. Headtube is for a 1 1/8" headset.
I've started this fresh for sale thread as some questions were cast as to the validity of the frames model year so just to reiterate:
Don't let the remaining 1994 style repro decals fool you, this frame is not suspension corrected! After acquiring this frame with reproduction 94 decals on it I checked the length of the top tube c-c, this was 560mm which means 93 or earlier geometry. As the bullet stays did not appear until 93 it ruled out this being any older than 93 and as it is not suspension corrected it can't be any younger than 93. Just to double check I compared it with my 19" 93 Explosif frame and my 19" 93 Hot frame and they all share the same measurements and geometry!
The BB shell is stamped with "Made in USA" and the serial number B19xxx. Below is an extract from the 1993 USA version of the Kona catalogue clearly showing a frame with bullet dropouts and no cantilever bridge available in that model year! The 1993 UK catalogue does not list the Hei Hei but shows a picture of a full ti packaged Hei Hei of the older 91/92 (and possible still available in 93) style with the chunky dropouts and rear canti bridge.
