1993 Explosif 18"

1993 Explosif 18" frame, few scuffs and scrapes but not at all bad for 16yrs old. No rust anywhere. distinctive fluted downtube.

Comes with original threaded Project 2 triple butted forks.

Dont want to get rid of it as I love it but unfortunatly I really need a 19", its just a tad to small as seen by the height difference between saddle and bars, and I get back ache :cry:

I would rather swap or p/x it for a 19" kona. DOnt know what to ask for it - frame, P2`s and seatclamp £130 inc postage?

Picture shows built up, none of the other parts are for sale. (ps the thomson post is a 410 so ne need to worry about seattube damage, theres loads of post in there still.

Just to say that the bike is a size 19, not an 18. So maybe you need a size 20? Or a riser bar?

Take a look at the catalogue picture of a size 18. Note how far apart the top and down tubes are where they meet the head tube compared to yours, and also note that the line between the tops of the tyres passes through the seat tube/top tube junction, whereas yours is well below.

I actually think yours has a 15cm headtube, which ought to indicate a size 20, but maybe I'm wrong.

That aint no 18", its a biggun. With that much seatpost must be about a 6'3-4 fella!!??
