1992 Trek specific front mech

Long shot this but in the early 90's Trek used a top pull front mech with a built in cable housing, just wondered if anyone still has one they would sell?
Something like the pic below.

If you look around you can find that little adapter. I had a few, gave one away to go with a frame I sold that needed one.

I'll see if I have another one...not the whole derailleur just the adapter.

It is just a normal mech, with an adaptor thingy. There are a few bodge methods to get it working, anyways here's a nice thread for you

Though since 1992 was when top pull mechs where released on mass, surprised to see it still using them still using this setup rather than add a cable stop.

I think the frames probably a 1990, this is exactly the part i am looking forin the attatched pic.
