Going for a longer ride on the Stumpy tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing how it climbs. Not too looking forward to riding the downhills with no suspension and discs. Could be interesting, will just have to hold back.

Will post pictures up tomorrow :D

great work looks the business and you will be surprised how well it downhills great bikes and handles superbly  top marks  oh and the saddle is still bloody awful

Some pics from today's ride out. Although it didn't feel like I was as quick on the downhills, they were a lot more interesting (having to put more thought in to lines taken etc). It climbs brilliantly too. Really impressed and glad I built it :D

Not much off an update, but have had some fun riding the Stumpy.

Sent my White Industries hub off to a mate who's going to build it up for me. Going to try and find a silver Mavic rim as close to the X517's that are on the bike at the moment. Should add a bit of class to the front end of the bike.

Still looking for a cheap, good condition, Flite. Such a thing does not exist, haha.

Now listed for sale. Not entirely sure I want to see it go, but cannot undertake a new project without selling a bike first. We'll see what happens

Frame number is: MOI931547 So I guess it's a 1992 model?

I have an earlier model and using the frame number chronology associated with mine from Specialized I reckon this one is September 1993.

MO - ? not sure what this is !
I - month of production
93 - year of production
1547 - production number
