1992 Saracen Kili Racer, e-stay resto-mod

Hi, I picked this frameset up off a nice RB’er the other day (thanks @Billyroger), bargain price too.
Someone has cut off the canti stop bridge at the rear in the bike’s past; meaning either a weld repair or v-brake only.
I have the components knocking around for a resto-mod and also a hankering for e-stay loveliness. Perfect.

Not much in the way of progress so far but it’s already starting to look purposeful. Will update as I go..

I’m probably going 1x9 with avid v’s in black and xt750 rear mech, not sure on cranks yet - I’ll have a look see what the options are..
Going to try and keep this simple and light..
