So ... this is/ has been a long old build due to work commitments and other stuff but I feel like I’m ALMOST at the real fun bits now. I class this as the final part of the build where all the polishing has been done, your fingers are no longer sore and it’s mainly nice clean bolt on work.
Still got a few bits to polish or fettle (front cantis, levers, thumbies) but I’m in the final quarter of the build with all that laquer stripping from the frame and hours of polishing firmly in the past.
I’ve decided to go down the purple anodised route for sheer period indulgence. Just subtle tho. Would purple nipples (on the bike!) be going too far????
Thanks to John Deverill on here who assisted with getting the fork internals fettled to like new again and for the new service parts. Top man. Thanks John

Im aiming on the build to be finished by mid September at the very latest.... maybe sooner depending on Work, family and competing hobbies!
