Well spotted people, it was me listing it, mainly only to test the water with no real strong desire to sell it. The higher price was because that is around ish how much someone would have to offer in order for me to consider letting it go, minus ebay and paypal fees and all which are increasing ridiculous. It is a truly spectacular bike and the pictures just don't do it justice, it's far, far more special in person. Interestingly I actually had a few offers on the table very near to the asking price but I decided to hold onto it... I just can't ever imagine I would ever be offered one like it again and when I was considering the offers something in me said 'keep it, you'll regret selling it' so I kept it. Marin's are special to me for a number of reasons and this, along with the others I own is pretty near the top in rarity.
