Well, did you really think sending a rude email to a seller of something you wanted to buy would get you anywhere? the advert said collection only, GradeA said no to posting, there was no need to get sarky and insulting in your email. You are exactly the reason I have asked Dave not to sell the bike - I'd hate to think of her ending up in the hands of something like you.

As Scarlett said, I said I didn't really want to post as I don't have much free time, so you send me a sarky email calling me "some exec dude man" - it's my bike and my decision whether to post or not, and I was never rude or arsy about it, unlike you. FYI, I work long hours and come home to a dog that needs walked and three horses that need seen to and exercised, not that any of that should need said. What little free time I have after that, I prefer to spend riding bikes as opposed to packing them up.

There was no need for you to post in this thread as the bike had already been pulled from sale before you decided to stick your twopenn'orth in, but no, you had to get a dig in. I hope it's made you happy.

If any mod sees this thread, can it please be locked or deleted. To anyone who was interested in the Marin, I'm really sorry but when the missus orders you not to sell a bike, you kind of have to listen!
