Hi Dave, sorry for the delay- Measurements are as follows:

Centre of B/B to top of saddle at height in pics (about maximum give or take) = 26.5"
Nose of saddle to centre of handlebars (with saddle in same position in the pics) = 20"

And it's a cassette type rear hub. Thanks! :D

Thanks, not sure if its too big and I can't afford to risk it. If you split I'd fancy the frame and forks etc.
