1992 Kona Explosif

So I’ve just picked this up locally.
I’ve not had many Konas in my time.

I’ve done some quick researching and it’s seems to be a 1992 Explosif?
It has a full Suntour XC Pro Groupset from new.
I think the bars are upgraded Titanium bars but not sure what make?
Also, I don’t think the Seatpost is correct as it’s a Kalloy one..
What bars and Seatpost would have come on it from new?

That's a lovely find,straight away i'm thinking Explosif Pro, give it a good clean and polish and see if the black paint has a mettalic fleck in it.

Looks to be a 19 inch frame aswell if by any chance you think it's to small or to big for you i know just the Kona sanctuary what would be happy to take it in

So it looks like the bars are the Original Titanium 150’s and also the Seatpost is the original O-Beam post too!
So will just need to lookout for a Avocet Racing 1saddle and some more period correct tyres.

Be prepared for the stampede from the Kona Hei Hei owners for those bars, there unbelievably rare things in the Kona world
