Re dog collar - it looks the same as my '92. Did they change?

Right, just a few things to note; It has a Prestige tubeset, so would make it a Kilauea or an Explosif; it has the top rack mounts welded onto the seat stays, so not a '93; it uses a seat collar, so not a '91; all pointing to a '92 Explosif.

As for measurements, they can be out.

All in all a bargain for someone, even without the forks etc

from memory dog collar was only black in 93 but looking at the above posted image maybe 92 aswell

velocity stem with a roller might be easier to date (assuming it original)

92 dog collar and 91 were the black plastic ones that sort of mirrored the previous noodle built into the frame, but they weren't great. On my original 92 fire mountain owned new, it fairly quickly snapped, so I got a 93 one from the local dealer to replace, I suspect that happened to a few others.
