I s'pose you could probably set it up so that you could swap the surfboard holder onto your Scoobie or Evo and use it as a wing when you didn't need it for your bike.
Depends whether your a decent surfer or a crap one if your a decent surfer you'll have a nice lightweight board like mine
If your a crap surfer you'll have a board like my mates which is very stable and everyone I know has learn't to surf on it but weighs the same as a super tanker
Ooh, a Sunburst Adept! Adepts alone are super rare with only a handful made but the ones with extra-cost linear fade paintjobs are even rarer. I've only seen about 5 different linear fade Adepts and this is the only Sunburst one.
I had a '95 Adept with Coral Reef paintjob. Sold the frameset to Norway a few months ago.
Adept had butted tubes and 2" downtube so it was basically an Adroit with 700C wheels. The fuselage was lighter than 90-92 Attitude's.
From what I remember, the Adept didn't have the horizontal dropouts though did it? I wondered why Klein didn't put them on unless they wanted another way to differentiate the Adept from other models.

No it has normal dropouts like in Pinnacle. Easier to use and allow the use of rack & fender mounts more easily.
Mind you it was a touring/hybrid/cyclocross bike...
