Retro Newbie
This is my GT Pantera AL, purchased in 1992 from Alf Jones Cycles in Wrexham. Awesome 20-inch Inferno Red frame.
After the last time I rode this bike I stripped it down to nuts and bolts and cleaned and reassembled it. Everything was stripped down including hubs, headset, pedal bearings etc. New cables were fitted with new ferrules. I never rode it again and in that time it's been in a dry garage underneath a blanket so it's just as it was when I finished the rebuild.
I had this bike when I was young and had time to look after it endlessly. It's almost all original, eve the tyres! Nothing on this bike has ever been bent or broken or welded.
These are the details:
Original bill of sale included
20-inch Inferno Red aluminium triple-triangle frame
Shimano Deore LX front derailleur
Shimano Deore LX rear derailleur
Shimano Exage front hub
Shimano Deore LX rear hub
Shimano Deore LX gear shifters
Shimano Exage Mountain cantilever front brake
Shimano Exage Mountain U-Brake rear brake
Shimano Deore LX chainset
Shimano Hyperglide cassette
Tioga Surefoot VI pedals and toe clips
Ritchey Vantage Sport 26-inch rims
Cheng Shin tyres
Beautifully engineered replacement roller-bearing headset
No chain (misplaced after the last strip-down)

Not sure how much it's worth... offers around £120? Would also consider offering the bike plus cash for a VGC Pace RC200 F8 19-inch frame.
Bike is located in Gloucester but I work in Newport so either of those two locations or somewhere in between would be fine for pick-up and also I would be willing to meet someone halfway depending on distance.
I'd rather sell it to an appreciative Retrobiker rather than put it on Ebay for just anyone to buy.
