My recent wanted ad for a 91 or 92 Karakoram gave me the choice of a 91 Inferno and a 92 Tequila within a few minutes of each other. As I couldn't make my mind up and I had finally sold my Cannondale I did the only decent thing and bought both of them

Anyway now that the 91 is finished its time to tackle the 92. I've stripped everything off it and given it a thorough T-cut and wax since the below pic and this one still has lovely vivid colours despite quite a patina.

Most bits are here or on their way to me so more updates soon.

Yes got the trio I have wanted for ages. The 91 needs a nicer period set of wheels that I might have sorted and the 90 will eventually get the 400lx mechs and chainset swapped out for lx/dx.

Finally some progress, the seatpost arrived today so its more or less finished but although I love Turbo saddles I'm not sure this one looks right on this bike :?
Anyway I have a nice Vetta to try in its place tomorrow.

Better pics to follow when I get chance to take it out in the hills.

yep, very nice.

Are you going to attempt the tiger-stripe effect, to match the forks up?

I doubt it Steve, I'll waituntil I ride with MrLee next and swap forks with his bike when he's in the pub. Much easier

@kingoffootball, thanks very much Will :)
