I have the luxury to not have to worry about the other half complaining, though my youngest daughter might do.

Now that I have this lovely bike home, I got lucky finding some GT rigid 2x4 forks on eBay and hit the BIN button, just couldn't resist!
Talk about good timing and luck here.
The Rockshox are nice forks but I prefer the rigid forks, especially as they came off a 16" GT Avalanche, it would be funny if it was the same bike, it seems quite an coinkydink...

Honestly, I agree, rigid forks all the way for this bike ;-)

in all honesty I bought the forks yesterday before picking the bike up, haha. The forks had been in my watchlist for at least a week or so, the Avalanche turned up out of nowhere... courtesy of aforementioned @player !Can you DM me 6 numbers for the lottery on Saturday when you get a moment
