1992 Cannondale M700. Measures 20" from center crank to top of seat tube, 18" from center crank to top tube.
*** Took it for a test ride and the chain kept slipping under pressure. Thinking it was the chain I bought a Shimano HG40 but the problem is still there. It maybe the cassette or something else. Also when on the front bottom ring the chain seems to catch when in certain gears. With these problems I've reduced the price ***

Seems to be a bit of play in the headset or forks. Pulling the front brake and rocking the bike back and forth. The frames has some marks and cable rub but no dings or dents.
