Fantastic job with that! I like the "less is more" approach you took with the silver and black components. I didn't have the patience to polish my Cannondale, so I left the satin finish.

I used to have the exact same bike with the neat Pepperoni's and rear dropouts. Sadly it was stolen (my own fault !) .. Nice to see you kept this frame alive, and really like the polishing job you did !

I have a V500 and am considering a paint strip and polish job on it. Do you have any advice for me on the polishing? What worked well or didn't work? You have any good forum threads to follow that you can share? This looks great and is exactly what I want mine to look like. I'll be putting XT and Mavic wheels on mine as well.

degrease first, grid 400 wet, 800, 1000,1200,2000 then polish it with belgom.....lot`s of work but the result is stunning
