1992 Breezer Lightning Pro - to go at £280

Re: 1992 Breezer Lightning Pro £350 - or interesting swap?

Unfortunately I'd need the frame&forks only, as I have a minty/NOS XC Pro group already. Any chance selling them separately? If yes, I'm very interested in buying them.
Cheers, :D

Steady on with the pricing comments please, you should all know the rules by now.
Regardless who bought it, when and for what price, it now his bike to do with as he wishes.

Quite right. My appologies to OldFrank.
Was genuinely curious about condition though

Yeah, 350!

:)

No, sorry, it would leave me with bits of bike and I have plenty of those. It would be a shame to dismantle it.

Though, I'd possibly get more for parts (think of the mark up!).

Comments about markup are not offensive, just meaningless. But thanks for mod support.

And yes mkone I know your was more of an enquiry rather than judgement. Nothing to apologise for.

Re:

Had another look at the photos and I'm sorry but £350 is very optimistic judging by all the scratches on the rear stays etc. It still needs a bit of work, but hey ho only my opinion. If I had some cash I would be trying to strike a deal with you, but I dont so glwts! :D

Thank you for your reply.
I'm also quite sure that selling the bits from it would fetch more dough than selling it as a complete bike  . Anyway, (I know I'm trying too hard  ) but if you decide to break it eventually somehow, for some reason, then the first dibs are done now by me regarding the frameset (frame&forks), if you don't mind, just for sure ;)

Thanks&Hi,
Andrew

Re:

The seller here has done nothing wrong....buying/selling(with a short period of enjoyment in between) is not a crime. It will sell for what its worth. Hell, we've all had bargain buys that just don't suit our riding or current financial position that we flip.....its all part of the deal on here.

Re: 1992 Breezer Lightning Pro £350 - or interesting swap?

I did think there was a strange reaction, especially on a site where everyone is selling stuff which was bought out of context

Re: 1992 Breezer Lightning Pro £350 - or interesting swap?

I'm about to accept 280 for it in eBay, so if anyone here wants it for that, I'm happy to go ahead with folks here first.

Cheers

Re:

That's an insane price for a bike like this!

Too small for me though
