1992/3 GT Pantera - 1st ride

Frame & a few bits, incl the rear U brake & cup & cone bb, were an ebay £2.20 collection only from next County buy. Had to fill a chainsuck gouge/crack with chemical metal but I used loads (with extra hardener as I mis-read the instructions) & reckon it will be ok.
Re-sprayed Indy's pinched of my Axis which got the Manitou SX-E's off the Orange Evo2 which got some Dukes (you know how it goes), thumbies, short-arm 105 r/m, Exage cranks with the paint polished-off, Exage hubbed wheels etc, nothing special.
Hour & half on Woodbury Common this morning & I now like GT's (it's the 1st one I've ever ridden.) Tricky to attach a frame-fit pump, otherwise all good!

You mean the year after???? This 1992 Pantera was the first year they were made.

One of my buddies bought this one new,back in the days. It had shimano LX throughout..
