i found this beauty on CL here in Vancouver area for $30
i think it's a 91 has Ritchey logic tubeset DX and XT build 18.5" c to c
matching Wolber AT-20
threw on a decent vintage saddle
and it came with brand new xtr brake pads !
good score
curious if anyone knows what year(s) Rocky offered Ritchey Logic tubes on their bikes, the hammer is basically an entry level model

Nice pick up! I picked mine up for $80- S/N is probably 91 built, but should be a 92 model in Laser black option.

here's mine with it's big brother- IMG_3002.jpeg

Hey Geoff! I saw on an old thread you have access to NOS rocky mountain decals, does your friend still have any available? I'm looking to restore a derek bailey GIRO.

I picked up one of those a couple of years back as a parts bike for $100 too. Unfortunately rear rim was too far gone to save. Full DX build. I wouldn't call them entry level then - the fusion was below the Hammer and was still a decent mountain bike. I don't think they got particularly cheap until the late 90's when everyone wanted aluminum and full squish!

I rebuilt mine for my son because it was too small for me.
