1991 Orange Prestige, superb condition. *SOLD*

Hello all. I'm not sure this is a good idea but I'm looking for interest in my 1991 Orange Prestige 19". I say interest as the sale depends on me securing another retro goody that I intend to negotiate.

Condition wise the pictures speak for themself. I always try to be honest and with this in mind I am happy to state that you will not find a Prestige frame and forks in better condition. There's a few small paint chips but it really is superb. From what I understand virtually all parts except the tyres and cables are original. Full DX groupset except for Dia-Comp brake levers and Mavic 231CD rims in excellent condition. The only parts that are not A1 ore the stem and seatpost that, although original look to have been repainted at some point and could do with a fresh coat of paint.

I bought the bike from a member here who got it from the original owner so it's history can be easily traced. From memory I paid £295 for this so will sell at the same. I'm happy to post and expect that to cost an additional £15. I know the price is top end but you will not find a Prestige better.

Thanks for the replys gang. Yep, not too bothered if it doesn't sell but it'll mean passing up another bike I fancy. Might go and have a look at it. :cry:

I wish the paint on mine was anything like as good a condition as this. Though as the owner from new - I'm the only person to blame! Lovely bike. Must be something nice you've lined up to think of selling this..! GLWS... or not, depending what you decide.

The replacement will actually be a Clockwork so not an upgrade. :facepalm:

Saying that, a shift in the sands may mean this is simply for sale with no replacement until next year. :cry: :facepalm: Blame that on my 7 month old boy.
