The rear was just a case of fitting one of the A2Z disc adapters. Simple.
The front was a cheap adapter from eBay that clamps onto the fork leg and hooks over the wheel axle (similar to the old Hope disc adapters), this needed a bit of bending and filing to get it to fit properly.
Im not 100% sold on the front adapter, although it's worked fine thus far, it just seems a bit Heath Robinson
I'd prefer to get a disc mount welded to the fork, or fit a 26" rigid disc fork, although the 1"1/4 headtube would complicate this a bit, I'd need to fit headset reducers, and I'd lose the Flexstem... Probably cheaper to go the welding route tbh, but I'll see how the current solution fares first.
