I can only recommend a version of my chainstay guard solution which I think could work for you. The ideal solution would be a spray touch up but it is beyond my skill level and likely many of ours.
Here is the Klein chainstay protector I recommend, I assume it’s a repop of what came stock on Klein frames BITD, note it is narrower along the length of the front half compared with the rear half due to the square profiled portion of the chainstay, the Klein logo is a nice touch I think.

We have a hobby store chain in Canada called Michaels which carries quite a few colors of vinyl rolls and less expensive small square sheets intended for cutters such as Cricut. Based on pictures I found online of Sea & Sky Kleins your paint is a mix of green & blue with green being on the top of the chainstay?
If you can find a good match you could just make a nice chainstay shape cut, stick on and be done with it. I’m not sure the vinyl would be strong enough to survive a ton of chain slap though.
If you combine it with the recommended Klein protector you could make a cut to match using the Klein protector as a template (I cut around the edges of the Klein protector within 1-2mm before doing this to achieve a good template) but then cut the colored vinyl 1-2mm smaller than clear protector to ensure it is slightly smaller than the Klein clear one.
Take good care to place them the same (nicely lined up with each other) and the result (I think) should look half decently official
Another note: I did try a smaller than full chainstay protector size piece of red vinyl and tried a version that was half magenta and half red, neither looked good, by doing a full length protector in a single color close to the frame paint it almost looks like it was meant to be
