I'm selling the exact bike I lusted after when it was new - familiar story to a few of you on here, I'm sure! A upcoming house move forces sale
As far as I can see bike is in pretty much original spec. I suspect the seat, post & QR have been changed and other than the brand new Onza Porcupine Tyres & Ules grips that I've fitted, the rest is how it came!
Rough spec is Shimano Deore DX shifters, LX hubs and 500 LX for the cranks & mechs. Rigida rims and the original bar, stem & forks
Seat tube measures 16" centre to top and 20.5" centre to centre on the top tube. Weighs only 24.9lbs as you see it
Apologies for the poor pics, will update with better ones when the sun comes out
I'd like £250 posted for it - I maybe paid to much for it, but I let my heart rule my head on this one and If you fancy a project, I could maybe include a Klein Attitude frame to sweeten the deal. Before you all get to excited, there's the remains of the seemingly oligitory stuck seat post in it, along with a few battle scars and it's a 'post' Trek one
Cheers, Mike
