Sold 1990 Trek 950 22”

Offered up for sale is this VGC 22” 1990 Trek 950 in the optional blue colourway.

This beautiful, lugged steel frame bike has had just one owner from new (well I suppose two owners now if you include me - but it’s just passing through my hands really), has been well looked after and kept in a dry garage/shed all its life, as well as being liberally oiled in all the right places.

All parts are in great condition, and nothing is stuck. Wheels are true, gears work, brakes work. May benefit from a service but only if you really wanted to.

The original tyres have dry sidewalls but are just about hanging in there. Has a handful of scratches as you’d expect - but most are probably from things being leant against it!

If this was in my size I’d be seriously tempted to keep it!

I’m looking for £175 ono collected from Oxfordshire, or I can post within the UK for something like £40 I think - it’ll need a BIG box.

That is sooo nice...where exactly are you/ do you travel anywhere regularly or go to work east of you? I'm in Cambridge - just trying to think if I can reconcile travelling a distance to get it

I’m in Abingdon, and only travel south/east towards Surrey - so that’s no great help!
I’d be willing to make a special journey in your direction, half way to say somewhere like Milton Keynes if that helps?

Ideally for this one you’ll need to be in the 6’1” to 6’4” range
