1990 Pinarello w/ modern build kit

We recently acquired a 1992 Trimble frame that had been built up with 2000/1 era Shimano Deore XT 9 speed parts. We wanted to keep the Trimble and build it up with more era-correct parts which left us with this entire build kit. We have 3 of these splatter painted Pinarello frames that are NOS and hadn't had much success selling them so it looked like a good match. The bike built up nicely and is a nice riding bike. You kinda forget how quick handling bikes were back in this era. Anyway, more details @ http://www.mombat.org/MOMBAT/Bikes/1990_Pinarello_Antelao_Splatter.html

If you ever order anything, just remind me and we'll throw a couple in the box. We've also got larger car/tool box sized oval ones as well (free with purchase). Most everything is pictured @ http://www.firstflightbikes.com/ShopNew ... andise.htm

Yeah, I thought the parts looked good on the frame and didn't look out of place. It also went together very easy and everything seemed to fall into place. So many of these projects lead to all kinds of small problems and incompatibilities but not this bike.
