I've decided to sell my Muddy Fox it's a 1990 Courier Comp I bought it a couple of months back and have since spent some time getting it back up and running. I was planning on stripping the paint over christmas and putting a new coat of fluro green on there but I just acquired a Kona to recreate a bike I had stolen in 96 so that's what I'm concentrating on.
I got the bike from a guy who'd had it since new it had just been sat not used for many years so I set about rebuilding it.
It looks pretty original spec wise exage hubs Shimano STI's 300LX mech and chainrings from the look of it I think it's had 1 new rim at some point it's got a Flexi stem, Vetta gel saddle and some Onza bar ends.
It's a big one the frame measures roughly 21" BB to seat post.
I've fitted a
new sealed Shimano BB
new Q/R's that look about the right age
Brake Pads
Cables
New Amber wall tyres
everything has been stripped and regreased
Seat post and stem are free not rusted in.
Here are some pics paint is pretty faded but it doesn't have any serious rust that will cause problems once it's repainted.
I'm looking to get £100ish for it seems a shame to break it for parts now I've got it riding again so I thought I's advertise it complete first located near Bromsgrove Worcestershire could post but probably won't be able to get it sent until after new year.
Can do a deal on a set of 95/96 Pace MXCD forks 1" ahead steerer preferred
1" Club Roost I Beam stem ahead preferred
